Note on Arrival Time

A movie premiere is scheduled to be held this weekend resulting in the Hollywood Blvd. road closure. Please plan to arrive early as access to the Ovation Hollywood parking structure may impact your event check-in time at our venue. Parking is available at Ovation Hollywood (enter from North Highland Avenue). Ovation Hollywood​ parking structure.

 

 

  • Taxi/Uber: If you are commuting via taxi, Uber, or other car services, we recommend the Loews Hollywood Hotel (located next to Ovation Hollywood) to be used as a drop-off and pick-up point.
  • Parking: The Ovation Hollywood parking structure is located underground below the complex. Due to the property maintenance schedule, the entrance/exit from Highland Ave. is temporarily closed. Please make sure to access the structure via Orange Avenue. With validation, it is $3 for the first 4 hours and is $2 for every 20 minutes thereafter, with a daily maximum charge of $20.   • To JAPAN HOUSE Salon on Level 5: Please take the elevator or the escalator located in the middle of the garage to Level 2. Cross the Courtyard and turn right at the Forever 21 store. Go straight, and you'll find the elevator located at the corner end. Please take the elevator to Level 5.
